Utilizing Research & Outside Sources

This is an example of me using research and outside sources in order to finish my projects for Health class.

This has improved me as a learner because I found out that health really fascinated me, and that it was actually pretty fun doing these projects (although they weren't so fun when there was a lot of other homework to do as well). I also gained insight on manic-depressive illness and cyber bullying, which has led me to realize how much these actually impact others, and how bipolar disorder is not actually just changing personalities really quickly, but is actually a series of high and low moods (hence why it's also called manic-depressive illness). It has also prepared me for college because in college, I KNOW that there is going to be a lot of projects, so I think assigning these projects might help me in preparing for those tasks.
